The Microsoft Dataverse connector enables financial institutions to seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) through its data platform Dataverse. Dataverse allows access to comprehensive customer records and ensures consistency across different systems. The connector links the Microsoft Dataverse Contact Entity API to the Grand Central Unified API Specification, providing pre-configured CRM interaction paths. The Dataverse connector enables retrieval or update of party information in the Dataverse system, including email address, phone number, and postal address. This allows customer service representatives and downstream systems to interact with the most up-to-date customer information at all times.
