You’ll receive confirmation and credentials once onboarding is complete

What to Provide

When requesting onboarding, include:
  • User Email Addresses: All team members who need access
  • Organization Name: Your company or organization
  • Project Details: Brief description of your intended use case
  • Access Level: Type of access needed (developer, admin, etc.)

After Onboarding

Once you’re onboarded, you’ll receive:
  • GitHub Access: Invitation to Grand Central GitHub organization
  • Cluster Access: Credentials for Kubernetes clusters
  • Repository Access: Access to connector templates and SDKs
  • Documentation Access: Full access to internal documentation
  • Support Channels: Information about support and communication channels

Timeline

The onboarding process typically takes:
  • Initial Request: 1 business day for acknowledgment
  • Access Provisioning: 2-5 business days
  • Complete Setup: Up to 1 week including verification
Timeline may vary based on organization-specific requirements and approval processes.

Follow up with your Professional Services contact or reach out to support
Verify your GitHub organization membership and ensure SSO is authorized
